DAY NINE: MONDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2013
How about a combo of Fonts, Social Media and Social Engine Optimization. What a combo. But, that is all in a days work. Also throw in Windows 8 for good measure and you have a real good cholent (with meat and potatoes, yum!). Here we go:
- Amazing Fonts for 2013. Check out this great listing of free fonts. There is a variety of free fonts such as the line in fonts (and ribbon), there are some really cool ones. So freshen up your font treasure trove (and chuck some out too!)
- Hubspot. Looking for tips on how to launch yourself on Social Media and marketing in general? Hubspot will definitely have something for you. They have these mini ebooks, articles etc that are well thought out and you can find some really interesting tips.
- Windows 8 for Dummies. Fgure out how to use Windows 8. I say that necessity is the mother of invention. I was helping a student install our home Based Graphic Design Foundations course and was brought face to face with Windows 8. For all of its coolness it sure is confusing, so to help my student out, I found this great Dummies guide (ok I will call it Smarties guide 🙂 let me know if it helps you out!
